TodayHaha respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website. By using TodayHaha, you agree to the practices described here.
We minimise data collection. You can browse fonts and use many parts of the site without signing in. To download fonts—and to use certain signed-in features (such as AI font search or AI colour generation)—you must create an account and log in. Authentication is handled by our providers (e.g. email/password or Google); we receive the account details needed to run those features (such as a user ID and email). Our server may also automatically receive standard technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited) in server logs. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We may use strictly necessary or preference cookies (e.g. for language or theme) to make the site function as you expect. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Any information we receive is used only to operate and improve the site (e.g. debugging, understanding usage patterns in aggregate). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties for marketing.
Font downloads are only available to signed-in users. We link download actions to your account to enforce fair-use limits on free plans and to reflect subscription or purchase status (e.g. Pro). We do not sell this information. Your use of downloaded fonts is governed by each font's license (e.g. SIL OFL, MIT). We do not monitor how you use font files on your own devices after download.
If you create an account, we retain the profile and usage data needed to provide the service (for example email, subscription status, and per-month usage counters for free-tier limits) for as long as your account exists or as required by law. Server logs may be kept for a short time for security and operations. We take reasonable steps to protect the site and any data it processes.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. If you believe we hold such data about you, contact us. We may update this policy from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
